Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer several different sizes of arrangements: petite, compact, standard, deluxe, premium, and the VIP. In general, increasing the price of an arrangement impacts the vase size and the amount of flowers we use. We only source local premium flowers, never any traditional fillers, regardless of size.

    • Our Petite size starts at $75, and is a small arrangement that’s perfect for a bedside table or a desk.

    • Compact starts at $100, and is a slightly larger arrangement that is also well suited for a desk or as a small centerpiece.

    • Standard starts at $150 and is our most popular size. It’s perfect as a centerpiece, kitchen island and is full without being overly large.

    • Deluxe starts at $200, and is perfect as a fuller centerpiece that makes more of a statement.

    • Premium starts at $250 and allows our designers to make an arrangement that is big, full, and impressive.

    • VIP starts at $450 and is for those who really want to wow!

  • Everything we do is custom-made! This allows us to best match our customers’ needs and use the most beautiful, freshest blooms. Unfortunately, this means we don’t stock any pre-made arrangements. We do occasionally have planters and orchids ready to go in the shop. You can place your order online, by calling the shop, or sending us an email. We’d love to put something special together just for you.

  • We pride ourselves on using as many locally grown blooms as possible. We work closely with local growers. We also shop the world famous San Francisco Flower Market. All our flowers are super fresh and our inventory is always changing!

  • Because our flowers are locally sourced, our selection varies by season. This means that we cannot guarantee we’ll have certain flowers in on any given day. For an idea of what we have been getting in, call the shop and our team will walk you through our current flower selection. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

  • We’re open Monday through Friday, and deliver on those days only. We don’t deliver Saturday or Sunday with the exception of larger events. If you need something over the weekend, we suggest having it delivered Friday. The flowers will be fresh and lovely for the weekend and beyond.

  • Yes, we do offer same-day delivery at no extra cost. Just be sure to place your order before 12 pm PST, so that we can fulfill your order and get it out the door in time. If you’ve missed the cut-off time, give us a call, there’s always a chance we can still help.

  • Your order should arrive to your recipient between 10 am - 5 pm. Please note that it may sometimes arrive earlier or later than that. Unfortunately we’re not able to guarantee a time that it will arrive. Our wonderful driver will do their best to make contact with the recipient, and if he’s unable to do so, he’ll leave the order in a safe and shaded location. At the end of the day, you’ll receive a confirmation email that the order was delivered if you placed your order via our website.

  • Our flower selection changes daily. We’ll always match the colors and general style to what you ordered, but the specific flowers used may be different.

  • Unfortunately, we do not. It can overwhelm our little studio, so it’s not a service we offer at this time.

  • Your flowers will be happiest living in a spot that’s not in direct sunlight and away from heat. We suggest that you change the water every day or two and give the end of the stems a small snip as well. Some blooms may wilt before others, simply removing these from the arrangement will help keep the arrangement looking fresh and beautiful.
